Fished Sunday - 1st time I have been to Anna in about a month. Been fishing rivers around home waiting for water temp to drop. Got to lake at 7:30 - it was fogged in. TX were held up for awhile. We left High Pt about 8:00 in a thick fog - dropped a few trees we had strung together and started fishing about 9:00. Caught big fish about 9:30 on a skitter pop right on main lake in little cove it was in 2-3 feet of water. Near power plant. It weighted 6lb 1 oz. That is the biggest one I have caught at Anna. Kept fishing down lake caught 8 on skitter pop, pop-r and f-11 rapala around dike 2. Got ready to leave about 3:00 and a flock of seagulls started working some bait fish near us so we chased them for an hour and caught 4 stripers 14 to 18" on a 5" kalin smoke grub on 1/4 oz jig head. That was a cool way to end the day. Water temp was 58 at launch and 64 at the end of the day.
