I'm headed out tomorrow for stripers and/or bass. I'm going to try Dike 3 for sure but wanted to see if you guys had any other suggestions. Beyond that, I'm going to hit the rocks (208) and try the clay banks as well. I'm wondering if all this warm weather has some pushed into the shallows.
I have a place right near the splits which is where I'm going to head out from.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'll let you know how I do.

Wish I had some pointers to give you. I can tell you that the Striper fishing has been real bad. Not sure about the large mouth but I have heard that it wasn't to bad. Hope you do well and would like to hear back on how you do.

Sorry guys, with what the weather looked like when I peeked at it Thursday night - 14mph winds, rain, thunder, I decided to go duck hunting instead. I fared pretty darn well there!
Interestingly enough though, the weather turned out to be much, much better than they reported. Darn weather people.

So gman how did you do. I think I might drive down to dike# 3 and do some bank fishing tomorrow. I just can't run the gas out of my boat to fish when the fishing has been the way it has. Guess I'm just cheap
