Good looking trailers, and you've got some popular colors!
There's some similar chunk trailers on the market, & I've used some of them with some success.
All lure makers claim that their products are better than the competition, but it's been my experience that most are not really any better, or any worse than the rest! I've caught fish on several brands and really don't see much difference.
Can you tell me how yours are different?
Not trying to put you on the spot, just always trying to find a better product!

Hey Jim - its a very good question. There are a lot of plastics on the market today and many people wonder why we need one more brand, one more shape, one more this or that. For us it was more of a concept of delivery a quality product at a great price. Not that other companies dont provide quality but I cant see paying some of the high prices.
How do our trailers jump out from others? I think a few factors about ours would be the size and shape combination. I like a big craw shape. I think thinner arms with air pockets do a few things. First the thinner arms help on the fall - meaning they tend to flutter and decrease a jigs rate of fall just slightly - not dramatically but a little. Secondly the flutter is a nice tantalizing addition for the bass.
The air pockets are just really tiny bubbles in the plastic when poured, not really noticeable but that with the thinner arms allow them to float somewhat - giving it that defensive posture.
The plastic is really soft as with most companies and I think it helps keep the fish going just a second longer. Are all things unique to our craws - not necessarily but I think it sets us and some others apart from other companies.
Some companies will flavor theirs but we leave that up to the customer.

Some nice trailers - I agree with you on the price of some of the baits out there - especially on the hard baits with Lucky Craft and others in the $15-$20 range

RC, thanks for the reply & your honesty! There's not enough honesty in the fishing industry in my opinion! Good for you! I was in the tackle business for 15 years, and it too was a labor of love for tackle making & fishing! I still enjoy making my own stuff but never got into pouring plastics! I primarily tie flies & pour lead. I make a lot of hair jigs!  I've looked thru your website, you've a good start with your products & you're prices are good, not cheap, but certainly not unreasonable! A business still has to make money to stay in business! Too many folks don't understand that! I wish you the very best! ;D Jim |

I agree that you have some good colors available. For years, I believe plastics manufacturers were doing their best to come out with innovative designs and colors to catch the eye and so get more product in stores. Now, it is more in the direction of supplying colors and designs that sell. No retailer wants to get stuck with product that isn't moving. The retail market has tightened up drastically since "9-11".
