I sometimes use a a YUM spray scent - haven't used often enough to know if it make a difference - but I usually catch fish. I sometimes wonder if they're designed to boost confidence which in turn helps with results.

I am with you - I have used them enough to really know if it is worth it. The confidence factor is probably very true. Thanks

I use Garlic BANG - it was introduced to me by a guide on lake anna. I don't know if it makes a difference - i think it does - but it makes you crave pizza. I would like to try some pheromone spray - attractant I think it is called but i haven't been able to find any.

I used to use a garlic scent but I think it was more out of my buddy using it all the time. I dont really know about it - if it makes a difference.

I can tell you this...there is a huge hookup difference when you use Smelly Jelly on Crappie baits/jigs (the bright green variety). I don't think Bass are "as" finicky.

TOXIC Interesting - I have never really even thought about using anything with crappie. I did see a nice citation the other day at highpoint. Was a big fish.
