went out to anna this morning and put in uplake since sturgeon was busy with a tourny. caught 14 bass, between 7am and noon. most in 8 ft or less. several patterns working. water temps were from 53 to 60. looks like its going to be a banner year. mike

I was out on Saturday as well - spent most of my time in Pigeon Creek - was surprised how aggressive the bass hit my spinnerbiat (white single blade) - I was cranking it failry fast. Caught 2 nice ones 2+ and 4+ pounds. Caught and missed a couple on a Carolina Rigged YUM dinger. They seemed more aggressive when the wind picked up.....

Fish the tourny on Anna Staturday and stayed in Sturgeon Creek outside the "No Wake" zone and only managed three small keepers with a few other smaller fish. Ran down lake a little past the Power Plant and fished for about 15 minutes and then headed uplake to the dirty water....nothing, not even a strike!
